William H. SKAGGS Will: I, William H. SKAGGS, of Fragrant, in the county of Grayson, and state of Kentucky, hereby declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamontary instruments of every kind by me made.
1. After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I give, bequeath and devise all my estate, real and personal, of every kind and nature where ever situated to my children, Asa T. sKAGGS, Willis SKAGGS, John T. SKAGGS, Homer SKAGGS, Ella SKAGGS CAIN, Ermine SKAGGS HORN and Ada SKAGGS SPENCER, directing that each receives an equal amount of the proceeds of my estate.
2. I appoint my said son, Asa T. SKAGGS, executor of this my last will and testament to serve without bond and give unto him full power to sell and convey any and all real estate or ther property by me owned to distribute the proceeds of the sale of same to my children named above.
In witness Wherof I have hereunto subscribed my name this seventh day of September, 1921.

On this seventh day of September, A.D. 1921 at Fragrant, Ky., P. O., the ave named testator, William H. SKAGGS, subscribed the foregoing instrument in the presence of us, and at the same time declared the same to be his last will and testament, and we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have signed our names hereto as attesting witnesses. We futher certify that at the time of subscribing the same the said testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory.

I, A. L. NICHOLS, Clerk of the Grayson County Court do certify that the foregoing Instrument of Writing purporting to be the last will and testament of William H. SKAGGS, deceased, was produced in open Court and the signature of the testor was proven by the subscribing witnesses thereof and the Court being satisfied with said proof oredred the same to be recorded as such.
