Promises to Stay out
When she promised to remain out of the city, a loitering charge against Mary HILTON, 28 of 12_ _ Banklick-st, Covington, was placed on the open docket Saturday by ? Garvey Davis, acting Newport Police Court judge. William P. Holland, patrolman, said the woman declined to go to Covington after he found her at Fifth and Brighton streets. She contended she did not have car fare.
