Walter E. Ruhlman 
Walter E. was born in June 1889 in , Scioto, Ohio, USA.1 Walter E.'s father was Philip Ruhlman and his mother was Amelia W. P. Goetz. His paternal grandparents are Frederick F. Ruhlman and Elizabeth HANNS; his maternal grandparents were John Adam Goetz and Barbara Elisabeth. He had three brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named R. Charles, Fred A., Elmer O., Ida E. and Ruhlman. He was the youngest of the six children. He died after November 9th, 1960.2 General Notes
