Phebe was born on September 20th, 1804.1 Phebe's father was John Buckles and her mother was Frances Wallingford. Her paternal grandparents are Robert Buckles Jr. and Rachel Van Meter; her maternal grandfather is Mr Wallingford. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Abraham, James, John Jr., Henry, William, Jacob, Aaron, Robert, Asa, Nancy and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 24 on October 15th, 1828 in , , Hardin, Kentucky, USA.1 General Notes
