Evelyn was born about 1880 in , , Ohio, USA.1 Evelyn's father was Frank ALTHERR and her mother was Sophia. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Frank J., Fredric, Victor, Anden F., John J., Albert N., Henry N., Florence, Jessie M. and Mary E.. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
