Eleanor was born about 1407.  Eleanor's father was Ralph De NEVILLE and her mother was Joan DE BEAUFORT.  Her paternal grandparents were Lord John NEVILLE and Maud De PERCY; her maternal grandparents were John Of Gaunt Duke Of LANCASTER and Catherine (De Roet) SWYNFORD. She had eleven brothers and six sisters, named Richard, William, Henry, Thomas, Robert, Cuthbert, Robert Bishop De Durham, William (Earl De Kent) Baron, John, George, Edward, Catherine (Duchess), Joan, Anne, Anne Duchess De Buckingham, Cicely Duchess De York and Cecily. She had two half-brothers and ten half-sisters, named John, Ralph, Alice, Maud, Philippa, Elizabeth, Anne, Anastasia, Margaret, Philippa, Alice and Mary.  She died in 1472.

‌Eleanor and Henry were married in a religious ceremony about October 1414.  They had a son and a daughter, named Henry and Catherine.
