Rose Agnes was born in 1256 in England.1 Rose Agnes' father was Richard De Clare EARL OF CLARE and her mother was Maude De Lacy CTS DE LINCOLN. Her maternal grandparents were John De Lacy EARL OF LINCOLN and Margaret DE QUINCY. She had two brothers and a sister, named Gilbert (Sir) "The Red" 9Th Earl, Thomas De Clare and Isabel. She died after 1316.2 -
