Thomas COOKE 
Thomas was born about 1423 in Gidea Hall, Romford, Essex, England. Thomas' father was Robert COOKE and his mother was Catherine ABT 1396. He was an only child. He died in 1478. He was buried in Augustine Friars, London, England.
They had four sons and a daughter, named Philip, John, Thomas, William and Joan.
