Thomas COOKE

Thomas' father was Thomas COOKE and his mother was Elizabeth MALPAS.  His paternal grandparents were Robert COOKE and Catherine ABT 1396; his maternal grandparents were Phillip MALPAS and Julian MACHYN. He had three brothers and a sister, named Philip, John, William and Joan.
