Temperance YOUNG 
Temperance was born on January 31st, 1767 in BRUNSWICK, Va.. Temperance's father was Thomas Cadet YOUNG and her mother was Judith JOHNSON. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Cadet YOUNG and Martha SADDLER; her maternal grandfather was Robert (Gentleman) JOHNSON. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Henry, William, Archibald, Thomas Cadet, Mary, Nancy and Susan. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 64 on October 29th, 1831 in , Iredell, North Carolina.General Notes
