Maijke Or Mayre was born on October 27th, 1624 in Amsterdam, North Holland, Holland and her baptism took place on October 29th, 1624 in Amsterdam, No. Holland, Netherlands. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Ewout, Arent, Ewout, Arent, Elizabeth, Lijsbetjen (Leysebeth, Elisabeth), Elizabeth and Maijke Or Mayre.  She was the oldest of the nine children.  Maijke Or Mayre is no longer alive.
