Nicholas THOROGOOD 
Nicholas was born about 1585 in Of Nassington, Northamptonshire, England. Nicholas' father was Nicholas THORGOOD and his mother was Dorothy ALLOY. His paternal grandparents were John THOROGOOD and Margaret SMYTH; his maternal grandfather was UNKNOWN ALLEY. He had a brother and five sisters, named John, Elizabeth, Frances, Joane, Jane and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died about 1618.General Notes
