Eleazar was born on March 16th, 1689 in Deerfield, Franklin, MA. Eleazar's mother was Sarah H. HAWKES. His maternal grandmother was Elizabeth HAWKES. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Philip, John, Isaac, Gershom or Gerhon, Nathaniel, Ebenezer, Margaret, Sarah, Nathaniel and Mary. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He had a half-brother named Gerchon. He died at the age of 77 in February 1767 in East Hadley, Hampshire, MA.General Notes
