Henry Jehu JENKINS 
Henry Jehu was born on September 17th, 1850 in Mathias, Hardy, WV. Henry Jehu's father was William Wallace JENKINS and his mother was Virginia SHERMAN. His paternal grandparents were Almon Abner JENKINS and Sarah SAGER; his maternal grandparents were Philip SHIREMAN and Polly STRAWDERMAN. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Silas Pierce, Abner Almon, Caroline Frances, Juan Fernandez and Jemima Virginia. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 98 on December 5th, 1948.-
