Zella BIRDEEN was born on March 7th, 1898 in SPRING GLEN, CARBON, Utah. Zella BIRDEEN's father was Lorenzo Hyrum EWELL and her mother was Mary Jane DENNIS. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Marian EWELL and Frances Mary WEECH. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named MERTIES, Lorenzo VERNAL, William Terry, EVAN, EVERT, Donald Walter, Hyrum EZCKIEL, Philip Ray, HOSMER LA VON, CLAUDIA Francis, FANNIE ELNORA, EDDAVEIN and RUBY MERLING. She was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children.-
