Joseph Jordan Morton

Joseph Jordan was born on July 1st, 1840 in Frederich, Virginia. Joseph Jordan's father was Joseph Morton and his mother was Louisa Ann Davidson. His paternal grandparents were William Jordan Morton and Martha Pryor. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Marmaduke Beckwith, Lancelot Minor, James H., Johnathan Henry, Martha, Harriet Smith, Mary Frances and Louisa Virginia. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 3 on May 28th, 1844 in Frederich, Virginia.
