Albreda FitzRichard was born about 1158. Albreda FitzRichard's father was Richard FitzEustace Clavering de Lacy and her mother was Albreda (Aubrey) de Lisoures. Her paternal grandparents were Eustace Fitzjohn Clavering de Lacy and Matilda Agnes FitzNigel; her maternal grandparents were Robert de Lisoures and Albreda de Lacy. She had two brothers and two sisters, named John FitzRichard Clavering, Roger FitzRichard Clavering, Aubrey and Mary FitzRichard Clavering. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
