Iona Elva Weathers 
Iona Elva was born on March 12th, 1880. Iona Elva's father was Alonzo Worth Weathers and her mother was Rebecca Ann Sloan. Her paternal grandparents were Vincent Weathers and Elitha Eleander May; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Neal Sloan and Mary Ann Sands Douthit. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Claude, Arthur Roscoe, Zenora, Mary Ellen, Lillian (Lillie) E., Daisy E. and Lula. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 89 on March 8th, 1970.-
