Amos Ambrose Walters

Amos Ambrose was born on August 13th, 1828 in Germantown,Washington County,Ohio.  Amos Ambrose's father was William Walters and his mother was Elizabeth Schriver.  His paternal grandfather was John Walters; his maternal grandparents were John Shriver and Mary---------- UNKNOWN. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Adam, Nathan, William, Jeremiah, Martha, Mary A., Lydia, Phebe and Sarah E..  He was the third oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 99 on December 18th, 1927 in Gatchel,Perry County,Indiana.  He was buried in Blue Rim Cemetery.

‌Amos Ambrose and Mary Anne were married in a religious ceremony in 1848.  They had two sons and three daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Addison, Madison, Anary, Katherine, Margaret and unnamed.

‌Amos Ambrose and Harriet were married in a religious ceremony on September 5th, 1858.  They had five sons and four daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Anderson, Frank, James, Kidwell, Milton, Julia Ann, Abbie, Ella, Eva and unnamed.

‌Amos Ambrose and Telitha were married in a religious ceremony in 1881.  They had three daughters named Hattie, Ida and Ola.
