Benjamin Newton Vinson

Benjamin Newton was born on February 8th, 1849 in Washington County,Arkansas (now Madison County).  Benjamin Newton's father was Daniel M. Vinson and his mother was Sarah.  His paternal grandparents were William Vinson and Lucy Guthrie. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Issac, Larkin, Rebecca, Nancy and Lucy. He had six half-brothers and twelve half-sisters, named John, Marion, William David, Ambrose William Willoughby, Randolph, Marion, Susanah (Susan), Elizabeth, Mahala, Barbara S., Martha, Ann, Cyrene Ann, Mary, Sarah A., Mary E., Lorinda Clementine and William David.  He died at the age of 55 on August 5th, 1904 in Ava,Missouri.
