Catherine Toothman

Catherine was born in 1837 in Decatur,Sand Creek,IN.  Catherine's father was *David Toothman and her mother was *Dolly \Dorothy Evans.  Her paternal grandparents were *John Toothman and *Elizabeth; her maternal grandparents were *Jacob Evans and *Elizabeth. She had seven brothers and a sister, named William, Joseph, Ratliff, Newton, Jasper, *Russell, John and Ana A..  She was the third oldest of the nine children.

‌Catherine and John W. were married in a religious ceremony on December 25th, 1857 in Fulton Co.,IN.
