William David Riggins 
William David was born in 1747 in VA or NC.1 William David's father was William Powell Riggins and his mother was Priscilla. His paternal grandparents were William Riggins and Elizabeth Bridget. He had five brothers named Richard, Powell, James, John and Charles. He died at the age of 73 in 1820 in Adair,KY.1 
‌William David and Methurisa were married in a religious ceremony in 1774 in North Carolina. They had six sons named Powell, David H., Thomas W., Mark, George Washington and Right.
