Mark Riggins 
Mark was born in 1794. Mark's father was William David Riggins and his mother was Methurisa Chisenhall. His paternal grandparents were William Powell Riggins and Priscilla; his maternal grandparents were Reuben Chisenhall and Jane Leigh. He had five brothers named Powell, David H., Thomas W., George Washington and Right. He was the third youngest of the six children.-
