Sarah was born on August 5th, 1789 in Madison County,Kentucky. Sarah's father was George McNeely and her mother was Sarah Rutledge. Her paternal grandparents were David W. McNeely and Agnes----------; her maternal grandparents were Edward Rutledge and Sarah Armstrong. She had three brothers and three sisters, named David, George, James, Nancy, Mary and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 82 on August 17th, 1871 in Spencer County,Indiana,also have a death date of Feb 14,1888 in Warrick co. IN.-
