Maud was born in 1032 in Flanders,France.  Maud's father was Baldwin V De Lille and her mother was Adele De France.  Her paternal grandparents were Baldwin IV and Ogive Otgiva Of Luxembourg; her maternal grandparents were Robert II The Pious and Constance Of Provence. She had two brothers and a sister, named Baldwin VI, Robert and Isabella.  She died at the age of 51 on November 3rd, 1083 in Caen,Calvados,France.  She was buried in Caen,Calvados,France.


Maud's family with William I The Conqueror

‌Maud and William I were married in a religious ceremony in 1053 in Castle Of Angi,Normandy,France.  They had five sons and six daughters, named Robert III, Richard, William II, Henry I, William, Cecilia, Adeliza, Agatha, Constance, Adela and Matilda.
