*William Douglas 
*William was born on February 29th, 1808 in Hanging Rock,Mercer,W.VA. *William's father was *Robert Douglas and his mother was *Elizabeth Wood. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Stephen, Sallie, Nancy, Polly Mary and Rebecca. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 67 in November 1875 in Brookville,Franklin,IN.
They had four sons and six daughters, named Henry, George W., James, Robert, *Elizabeth Kathrine, Virginia H., Isabelle, Margueritte, Mary and Cynthia J..
