Stephen Douglas

Stephen was born about 1806 in Hanging Rock,WV.  Stephen's father was *Robert Douglas and his mother was *Elizabeth Wood. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, *William, Sallie, Nancy, Polly Mary and Rebecca.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.
