Throckmorton's father was *Charles (Sr.) DeMoss and his mother was Rebecca Throckmorton. His paternal grandparents were *Louis DeMoss and *Catherine; his maternal grandparents were Job (Jr) Throckmorton and Frances. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named *Andrew, John, Peter, Lewis, Charles (Jr), Thomas, William, Susanna, Catherine and Sarah. He died before May 1st, 1809 in Berkeley Co,VA.-
