Marc Antoine Joly Dit was born in 1702. Marc Antoine Joly Dit's father was Pierre Delbec Dit Joly and his mother was Genevieve Terillon. His paternal grandparents were Armand Delbec and Jeanne Fezier; his maternal grandparents were Nicolas Tessier-Terillon and Jeanne Veriot. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Pierre Joly Dit, Julien Dit Delbec Dit, Genevieve Joly Dit and Marie Anne Joly Dit. He died at the age of 50 on December 18th, 1752 in Berthier, Quebec, Canada.-
