William II was born about 1065 in Sussex, England.1   William II's father was William de Warren and his mother was Gundred Princess Of England.  His paternal grandparents were Ralph deWarren and de Warenne; his maternal grandparents were King William The Conqueror and Matilda Countess Of Flanders Queen Of England.  He was an only child.  He died on May 11th, 1138 in England.  He was buried in Priory Of Lewes, Lewes, Sussex, England.
