Bertha was born about 1142 in Montfort, Eure, France. Bertha's father was Simon deEvreux the Bold Count de Evreux and her mother was Maud deMontfort. Her paternal grandparents were Amaury deMontfort III Count de Evreux and Agnes deGarlande. She was an only child. She died on July 12th, 1189 in Evreux France.General Notes
