Charles "The Younger" Duc was born in 0772 in Aix-la-Chapelle, Germany.  Charles "The Younger" Duc's father was Charlemagne Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and his mother was Hildegard Princess of Alemannien.  His paternal grandparents were Mayor Pepin III (The Short) de Neustria and Bertha Princess of Hungary; his maternal grandparents were Gerold I Vinzgau Count Linzgau Duke Allemania and Emma of Allemania Duchess of Swabia & Vinzgau. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Pippin Carolman King of, Louis I Emperor Of The Holy Roman, Adelheid Princess of the Holy Roman, Dhuada Princess of, Bertha Princess of the Holy Roman, Gisela Princess of and Hildegard Princess of.  He was the oldest of the eight children. He had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Hugh L' Abbe Abbot of, Charles "The Younger" Duc, Pippin Carolman King of, Louis I Emperor Of The Holy Roman, Adelheid Princess of the Holy Roman, Dhuada Princess of, Bertha Princess of the Holy Roman, Gisela Princess of and Hildegard Princess of.  He died at the age of 39 on December 4th, 0811.
