Eleanor was born in 1244.  Eleanor's father was Ferdinand III of Castile King and her mother was Joan of Aumale.  Her paternal grandparents were Alfonso IX of Leon And Castile King and Berengaria of Castile. She had a brother and two sisters, named Ferdinand of, Eleanor and Eleanor. She had five half-brothers named Alfonso X of, Frederick of, Henry of, John Emanuel of and Philip of.  She died at the age of 46 on November 28th, 1290.


Eleanor's family with King Edward I "Longshanks" King of England

‌Eleanor and Edward I "Longshanks" King of were married in a religious ceremony in 1254.  They had a son and a daughter, named Edward II and Elizabeth.
