Margaret Atheling was born in 1042 in Hungary.  Margaret Atheling's father was King Edward Atheling England and her mother was Agatha of Brunswick.  Her paternal grandparents were Edmund II "Ironside" King of England and Ealdgyth; her maternal grandparents were Count Liudolf deBrunswick and Countess Gertrud Countess In Nordgau. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Eadgar 'the Exile', Edgar Atheling King of, Edgar Atheling King of, Margaret "Atheling" Queen of, Christina "Atheling" Princess of, Margaret "Atheling" Queen of and Christina "Atheling" Princess of.  She died at the age of 51 on November 16th, 1093 in Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh, Mid-Lothian, Scotland.
