William II Rufus was born in 1057.  William II Rufus' father was King William I (The Conqueror) The Conqueror and his mother was Matilda Of Flanders.  His paternal grandparents were Duke Robert I Of Normandy , The Magnificent and Herleva Harlette De Falaise; his maternal grandparents were Baldwin V De Lille Count Of Flanders and Adele Alix Princess Of France. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Robert II Curthose Duke, King Of England Henry I Beauclerc, Richard Duke, Adeliza, Cecilia Abbess, Adela Alice Princess, Matilda, Gundred Princess, Agatha and Constance. He had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Henry I Beauclerc, Robert II Curthose Duke, King Of England Henry I Beauclerc, William, William, Adeliza, Adela Alice Princess, Gundred Princess and Constance.  He died at the age of 43 on August 2nd, 1100 in the New Forest, Rufus Stone, near Lyndhurst Hampshire.  He was buried in 1100 in Winchester.
