Godgifu (Goda) of England was born about 1009.  Godgifu (Goda) of England's father was King Aethelred II of England (The redeless) and her mother was Aelgifu (Emme) of Normandy.  Her paternal grandparents were King Edgar of England and Elfrida; her maternal grandparents were Duke Richard I of Normandy (The Fearless) and Gunnora of Crepon. She had a sister named Aethelfreda of England. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Ironside, Elfgifu of England, Aelfwyn of England, Aethelfreda of England and Gunhilda.  She died about 1055.
