Adèle (Alix) was born in 1003.  Adèle (Alix)'s father was King Robert II Capet and her mother was Constance deToulouse of France.  Her paternal grandparents were King Hugh Capet King of France and Princess Adbelahide; her maternal grandparents were William III Taillefer of Toulouse and Arsinde(Blanche) de Anjou of Toulouse. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Henri I Capet, Henry I, Robert I, Robert The Old , Duke, AdelaideHavoise, Adela Alix Capet and Adelaide(Adela).  She was the second oldest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Henry I Capet, Robert Capet I Duke of, Adela Capet Princess of and Constance of.  She died at the age of 76 in 1079.
