Moses FLESHMAN 
Moses was born in Culpepper Co., VA.1 Moses' father was Robert F. FLESHMAN and his mother was Dorothea BAUMGARDNER. His paternal grandparents were Hans Peter FLEISCHMANN and Maria Elizabeth BROYLES; his maternal grandparents were Johann Frederick BAUMGARDNER and Catherine. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, John, Michael, Jesse, Rachel, Mary, Susannah, Sarah and Elizabeth. He died on May 8th, 1847 in Greenbriar Co., VA.1 General Notes
Moses served in the Virginia Militia during the Revolutionary War.Moses and Elizabeth Fleshman were confirmed at Comer's Church inShenandoah County (presently Page County) Oct. 22, 1788. Moses livedin Shenandoah Co. from 1788 to 1792 when he moved to Greenbriar Co.
