John FLESHMAN 
John was born about 1764 in Culpepper Co., VA.1 John's father was Robert F. FLESHMAN and his mother was Dorothea BAUMGARDNER. His paternal grandparents were Hans Peter FLEISCHMANN and Maria Elizabeth BROYLES; his maternal grandparents were Johann Frederick BAUMGARDNER and Catherine. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Michael, Moses, Jesse, Rachel, Mary, Susannah, Sarah and Elizabeth. He died on January 25th, 1853 in Greenbriar Co., VA.1 General Notes
John lived in Shenandoah Co. from 1786 to 1793 when he also moved toGreenbrier Co. where he married Catherine Rinehart.
