Ide (Relinde) was born about 1035 in Saxony,Germany.1   Ide (Relinde)'s father was Bernhard II Duke of Saxony and her mother was Eilika Margravine Of Schweinfurt.  Her paternal grandparents were Bernard I (Benno) Duke of Saxony and Hildegarde von Stade; her maternal grandparents were Heinrich I, Markgraf von Schweinfurt and Gerberge von Gleiberg. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Ordulf Duke of, Hermann Prince of, Hermann, Gertrude of and Hedwig of. She had a half-sister named Ita von.  She died on July 31st, 1102 in Namur,Belgium.1 


Ide (Relinde)'s first family with Adalbert III Count of Namur

‌Ide (Relinde) and Adalbert III Count of were married in a religious ceremony in 1065.  They had two sons and two daughters, named Henry de, Godfrey I, Count of, Adelaide , Countess of Namur and Ida Comtesse de.
