Cecily was born on May 31st, 1415 in ,Raby,Durham,England.  Cecily's father was Ralph De Neville and her mother was Joan De Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were John Neville and Maud De Percy; her maternal grandparents were John "Of Gaunt" of England and Catherine de Roet. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Henry De, Thomas De, Cuthbert De, Robert, William, John De, George, Edward, Catherine De, Joan, Eleanor and Anne De.  She was the second youngest of the fourteen children. She had two half-brothers and nine half-sisters, named John De, Ralph De, Maud De, Alice De, Phillippa De, Elizabeth De, Anne De, Anastasia De, Margaret De, Mary De and Cicely.  She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in ,Berkhamsted,Hertfordshire,England.  She was buried in ,Fotheringhay,Northhampton,England.
