Arnulph de was born about 1068 in of Montgomery,Mnt.,Wales. Arnulph de's father was Roger de Montgomery and his mother was Mabel d' Talvas. His paternal grandparents were Roger de Montgomery and Josceline de Pont-audemer; his maternal grandparents were William D'Alencon of Talvas and Hildeburge de Beaumont. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Robert II de, Roger "The Poitevin", Hugues de, Phillip, Robert, Robert, Maude De, Emma, Mabel and Sybil. He had a half-sister named Ponce.General Notes
