Charles II "The Bald" King of was born in Frankfurt-am-Maine,Hessen-Nassau,Prussia.1   Charles II "The Bald" King of's father was Louis I "The Pious" France and his mother was Judith "The Fair" Princess of Bavaria.  His paternal grandparents were Charlemagne Emperor of Holy Roman Empire and Hildegarde de Swabia Condesa de Vinzgau; his maternal grandparents were Guelph I (Welf I) Duke Of Bavaria and Hedwig Duchess of Bavaria. He had a sister named Giselle Princess of. He had four half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Lothaire I of, Pepin I, Louis II The German of, Wulgrim , de Angouleme, Hildegarde, Miss Princess of, Rotrud de, Rotrud Matilda Hildegard, princess of, Alpaide Princess of, Adelaide (Adelheid) and Ermengarde Princess of.  He died in Brides-les-Bains,near Mt. Cenis,France in the French Alps.  He was buried in St. Denis,Paris,Seine,France.1
