Jasper Newton was born on October 18th, 1922 in Prosper, TX.1 Jasper Newton's father was Edwin Henry Spradley and his mother was Janie Oline Weeks. His paternal grandparents were Augustave Davis Spradley and Martha Louise Rutherford.
