James L. Buckley, Jr.'s Note: If Frances Payne b. 1794-96, she would be
in the 11 to 15 age bracket. Thus either John or George was her father.
More likely John Paynce since George Payne left the area shortly after
the 1810 census.
The Paynes appear to have been in the Frederishcborough area from 1750's.
There are a John and George Payne listed in th 1790 census for Kershaw.
One of them appears to be the father of my Frances Payne, b. abt. 1794
who married Bryant Spradley, b. abt. 1792, about 1814 all in Kershaw.
