Irene Sharbutt 
Irene was born on February 13th, 1861 in GA.1 Irene's father was Wiley James Sharbutt and her mother was Susan Cordelia Boring. Her paternal grandfather was Warrner Sharbutt. She had eight brothers and seven sisters, named John, Joesph M., Nathan S., William S., Hillery Mathew, David W., Thomas Coke, G. W., Laura, Francis Jane, Mary Elizabeth, Amanda M. C., Narcissa, Harriet and Ellen. She was the second youngest of the sixteen children. She died at the age of 75 on May 18th, 1936 in ?.1 General Notes

I wanted to ask you about. Irene Sharbutt b. 13 Feb 1861 in GA d. 18 May
1936 m. Ben Lindsay. My grandmother Nancy Florence Lindsey Bazemore and
her brother, W. J. Lindsey who m. Sarah Louisa McEwen, had a brother
Benjamin Floyd Lindsey b. 1 May 1868 in Coosa Co., AL and d. 22 Jan 1903
and is bu. in the Meth. Ch Cem., Weogufka, Coosa, AL. Sources: Lindsey
Family Bible and inscription on tombstone. Do you have any more
information on the Ben and Irene Sharbutt Lindsey or know of any
researcher who is working on this line? It would be nice to tie up yet
another loose end!!
