Flora was born about 1854 in AL.1 Flora's father was John M. Russell and her mother was Caroline Amelia Spradley. Her paternal grandparents were Simon Russell and Nancy Love; her maternal grandparents were Warren Charles Spradley and Alcey D. Malone. She had three brothers and a sister, named Adolph A., Marion Alonzo, James and Georgian. She was the second oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named P. Allie, Warren Coley, Adeline and Mary Francis. She died in ?.1 -
