Phebe Hart Pomery 
Phebe Hart was born on August 5th, 1844 in Troy, New York.1 Phebe Hart's father was George Quartus Pomeroy and her mother was Phebe B. Hart. Her paternal grandparents were George Pomeroy and Ann Cooper. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Isaac Hart, Theodore Keese, Helen and Anna. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 83 in 1927.1 -
