John Thomas was born on July 20th, 1900 in AR.1 John Thomas' father was Jesse Thomas King and his mother was Mary Louise McEwen. His paternal grandfather was Asberry Adams King; his maternal grandparents were George Washington McEwen and Mary Catherine Sears. He had three brothers named Charles Berry, George O., Sr. and Frank McEwen. He was the second youngest of the four children.General Notes
