Wilson Jenerette 
Wilson was born on April 11th, 1845 in Horry District, SC.1 Wilson's father was Samuel Thomas Jenerette and his mother was Eliza Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Elias Jeanerette and Margaret Portervine Poitevint. He had six brothers and five sisters, named William, Samuel Thomas, Jr., Isaac, Joseph James, Benjamin, Elias Pickens, Lucindia, Elizabeth A., Eliza Jane, Margaret Anne and Julia. He died at the age of 17 on September 8th, 1862 in Fredrick, MD.1 General Notes

Samuel's oldest son, Wilson, who served with the 14th South Carolina
Volunteer Infantry was captured by the Federals in battle and died in a
prisoner of war camp in Frederick, Maryland on September 8, 1862.
